Pours a hazy gold color with a barely-there head and no noticeable carbonation. Aroma is slightly barnyard-ish, a little brett, and citrus as well. Taste is brett/funk up front with citrus and soapy notes dominating throughout this basically uncarbonated beer. It’s pretty good, and definitely a very interesting attempt. nhorween (640), Chicago, Illinois, USA

Soapy, sour for sure, and bready. Leafy, outwardly dry smelling hops. Musty, pithy citrus aroma. Slightly washed out, earthy and dusty flavor. Sour in a tropical, under ripe fruity way - green pineapple and papaya. Excellent acidity. Oily in the mouth - I think a bottle conditioned, nicely carbonated version of this beer would rock. Interesting. Keep them coming. JohnQPublic (387), Brooklyn, New York, USA

Nose is grassy hops, barnyard funk, horseblanket, earthy. Flavor is funky up front, barnyard and earthy, bit of citric tartness, grassy hops assert themselves early on and throughout, without ever breaking free of the tartness - the combination makes for weird, corny off-flavor. Not pleasant for me. Mouthfeel was still, medium-light body.
