Bottle. Body-hazy deep brown with a medium film of bubbles. Nose-brown sugar, light green apple, big butterscotch, watered down bourbon, Werthers. Taste-high stinging CO2, surprisingly sweet, alcohol bourbon sweetness, light dog food, gets really intense and raw as it warms.

750ml bottle from NYbeer. Cloudy light brown pour with a thin white head. It does have an apple aroma too it, very aromatic. A little sweet with some peppery spicyness in the finish. Quite tasty. Very tasty, thanks Steven.

750 ml bottle in Westmalle glass. Bright golden with flat white head. Champagne apple pastry spice aroma. Apple champagne with a touch of honey green grape, but mostly, this tastes uncannily like champagne. Mild spicy dry woody finish. Medium-full bosy. Medium carb. Well-hidden alcohol. Exactly what I was in the mood for. Complex, delicious, and a little different.

750ml bottle - labeled February 08: Rich, golden pour that was a slight gusher. The perky head settled quickly into a simple ring. Huge apple and ether nose. Other notes of cinnamon, hay, creamy caramel and kettle corn. Very sweet once you get pass the initial alcohol punch. Spritzy carbonation. The flavor starts off with a big, expansive mouthfull of creamy oak, marshmellow and vanilla. Softer notes of bubble gum, peaches and pears follow. The brandy adds an almost bourbon feel to the body. Very complex and warming.

750 ml. Golden body with fizzy white head, mostly diminishing. Pleasant and strong aroma of apple cider, wood, brandy, alcohol, spices and Juicy Fruit. The flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter and lightly acidic. It finishes moderately bitter and moderately sweet. Warming alcohol. Medium body, watery texture though verging on velvety. Spritzy carbonation. An interesting and enjoyable beer though the novelty started wearing off after 12 oz.

Thanks to whomever gave me this! Hazy gold pour fizzy white head and a little drippy lace. Oak and brandy on the nose. Complex flavor; wood, apple brandy, spice, and light hops. Nice dry alcoholic finish. Perfect november beer! I need more!

Bottled, thanks Marsblursi! Hazy golden, brief head. Calvados aroma. Sweet with a inpenetrable flavour wall of vanilla, wood, paper and alcohol. Solid spritzy malt . Oaky and warming with peppery alcohol ever present. Very interesting, not necessarily very good.

(Bottle thanks to Maxxdaddy) Pours golden with a small white head. The aroma is of Brandy up front with subtle spicy tones of cinnamon, vanilla and clove. Fruity tones of apples, pineapples and wood alongside clear notes of warming acetone-like alcohol and just a whisper of hops. I like the sweet fruitiness, but the alcohol is too present. The flavour is vanilla woody, apple/pineapple-ish fruity and subtle spicy with great deal of alcohol shining through. Light fruity hops and medium caramelly malty. The mouthfeel is clean light to medium carbonated. Light to medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied.
