| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 19, 2007 In short: A nice and very hoppy grassy blonde Belgian Ale
How: Tap at brewery
The look: Clear blonde body with a small white head
In long: Smooth honeyed bready cereals. Rather aromatic with notes of wild flowers. Fresh wet grass on the nose and in the attack that turns into a dry grassy finish. Discreet fruity notes of grapefruit, critrus, peach and friends. The hopping takes a lot of room in this Belgian Ale and that’s quite alright with me. Totally appropriate beer named after a totally appropriate way to describe a beer.

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Nov 12, 2007 from mesa gathering. poured from a growler pale gold with no head. sweet aroma of caramel, malt, and something vegetal...almost like a lager yeastiness. flavor is the same with a pleasant acidity, dried herb or yeasty spice dryness. the finish is clean with some lingering alcohol. medium bodied with very little carbonation.
