Commercial Description:
One of the first beers I brewed after moving out to California to begin my brewing education was a Pale Ale. This version is a true testament to the influences the Wild West had on my early brewing. My Pale Ale is loaded with US-grown Cascade, Crystal, and Columbus hops, so be sure to take a good sniff to enjoy their robust aromas before taking your first sip. Sensory Profile: An aromatic beer with notes of citrus, pine, a noticeable bitterness, and a touch of malty backbone to help balance it out. Food Pairing: Foods with a spicy kick are a great match, as the bitterness of the hops will help to cool the palate before your next bite. Mexican food and pizza are natural matches.

Bottle sample shared by alexsdad06. Poured a clear copper color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate citrus hops and malt aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate duration. I would recommend this to a freind.

Draft. Labeled as ’Freshchester Pale Ale". Pours golden amber with an off white head. Citric hop aroma with some toasty sweet malt. The flavor is well balanced, with citric floral hops, a slight earthy note, some toasty malts and a light sweetness. Very enjoyable.

Im pretty sure the bottle read Imperial pale ale, but not sure. Bottle from whole foods and during the film Cove. For what you get this is very reasonably priced. This to me is a world class America pale that leans towards the IPA side. Massive amounts of bold hop taste really hits the mouth, bright and easy drinking. This was fantastic.

Tap @ Rattle ’N’ Hum. Light golden pour. Chewy hoppy, bitter, pine and citrus pale ale. Alright beer wasn’t fair to put this up against Jai Alia IPA.

A really nice pale ale. Poured a rich amber hue with a short but thick head. Nice hoppy and sweet-smelling head. The taste was also quite sweet, much sweeter than any pale ale I’ve ever tried. It was really, really good. Incredibly smooth and delicious.
