| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | May 26, 2008 Had on tap at the brewery. Poured out a slightly hazy amber colour with a wispy white head. The aroma is full of fresh, citric and grassy hops and nutty malts. In the flavour the hops are spruce-like, with notes of pine and citrus adding to the complexity of the hoppiness. The malts are nutty with some notes of caramel and the presence of crystal malts makes it more complex, too. It is aromatic and well-rounded, not to mention easily quaffed. The mouthfeel was sharp and light bodied.
