A golden amber ale with a thin white head. In aroma, a nice pumpkin spice with sweet caramel malt. In mouth, a nice crisp malt with smooth pumpkin spices notes, not cloying, a bit oily, quaffable. Cask at Syracuse Real Ale Festival, Oct. 23 2009.

Syracuse Real Ale Festival. Medium orange colour, average mouthfeel. Interesting carbonation with nice, understated spices.

Growler filled at the brewery and consumed the next day. Pours a clear orange amber with a moderate linen white head that faded by the second sip and left scant lace. Pleasant aroma of malt, pumpkin, cinnamon and allspice. The flavor is malt, pumpkin, cinnamon and allspice and noticeably absent of any brown sugar. This is not a sweet beer, and is fact, more on the dry side. Mild-moderate bitterness at the finish. Very easy to drink. Well crafted.

(Draught) Amber and hazy. Medium sized white head. Spices and cranberry in aroma. Medium bodied and dryish palate with medium carbonation. Malts, molasses, spices, bitterness and lightly sea water in taste. Malty and bitter aftertaste. Again a decent pumpkin spice beer.

Draft. Poured coppery bronze. Smells like another pumpkin ale. Not a particularly good one, had all the elements but it didnt’ mesh.

Half (thank goodness) growler from Decicco. Copper with lasting head and lace. Strong clove nutmeg pumpkin spice aroma. Pumpkin sweet caramel brown sugar with bitter gritty spicy nutmeg finish. Undrinkable. Why did I throw away seven bucks? Mouthwash please.

On tap at rattle n hum. Semi sweet pumpkin with nutmeg and cinnamon. Nice and above average. Pumking still owns this
