The aroma has acidic of berries, fruit, wood, and brettanomyces. The flavor is acidic with notes of acetone, berries, fruit, and brettanomyces as well as lighter notes of wood, leading to a very tart finish. The acidity burns lightly in the top of the throat. Thanks KimJohansens for sharing. bu11zeye (5470), Frisco, Texas, USA
