Aug 18, 2008 on tap at Green Dragon, Portland. pours a hazy golden yellow with a big white head. aroma is lighty fruity and big citrus. very crisp and refreshing. mind you, it wasa 103 outside and I couldn’t imagine drinking something dark, so this wit fit the bill perfectly.

May 4, 2008 On tap at Oak’s Bottom in Sellwood, Portland, OR--Poured a hazy, bubbly, murky golden-tawny body with a thin, foamy white head. Dark for a wit. Bavarian, nutty clove-banana nose. Bitter, highly carbonated, astringent and crisp. Lingering chalky and mildly tart finish. Quite good.

Apr 20, 2008 On tap at the PDX Green Dragon. Pours cloudy yellow with a tall white head. Very good estery wit, soft coriander and citrus flavors and a tropical fruit pineapple flavor to it. Crisp and spicy wit, zesty and citrusy finish.
