Well damnit here we go. A brownish black appearance with a beige head. Some bitter notes and chocolate is present. It had a wheat presence as well. Or so my notes say. yngwie (4970), Kristiansand, Norway

Flavor is quite sweet, with roasted taste of coffee and dark chocolate. An unidentified and unpleasant element in the flavor makes a 6 instead of a 7. Medium to full body. Pours black with a tan head. The head is average for a stout, but really good compared to most macro brewers products, especially south american ones and it lasts much more than the usual soda head of most macro lagers.
Aroma is sweet, with that kind of "fruitiness" that characterises stouts.
Taste is sweet, caramelly, begins balanced but drops too much to the sweet side at the end (a bit artificial from my point of view), with a lingering sweetness at the aftertaste.
This beer could be really nice and much more balanced with 15 IBUS more in its recipe from my point of view, but it was enjoyable, especially considering it is brewed by inbev. edunavega (18), Niterói-RJ, Brazil

It´s too sweet because of the huge quantity of caramel. A tip (local recipe): drink Caracu with a raw egg. Kinz (2205), Glen Allen, Virginia, USA

Can, but hey, it wasn’t a fizzy yellow lager, so I was pretty excited. Nice bitter coffee aroma, very black, little head. Even looked like strong coffee. Flavor was of sweetened coffee. Surpriingly sweet. Too bad, as this could have actually been good otherwise. mustang3 (254), Whitby, Canada

The aroma is non-descript but reveals a hint of coffee. Flavour is fairly good with some roasted coffee and chocolate flavour. Great creamy guinness like mouthfeel. It’s greta when people know you have a beer collection cause they bring you things like this. emotv (331), Izmir, Turkey
