Doesn’t taste as hoppy as most stouts, but isn’t too sweet either. A pleasant dark beer, that could be drank like a session beer. Good stuff. No. 1 Brazilian beer I’ve had. Impressive smokey aroma. It seems like a combination of a stout and a smoked beer (I haven’t tasted a Rauchbier yet). There are notes of prunes, figs and hints of coffee. Tobacco is also present.
Flavor is sweet and has traces of sweetened coffee, mokka, figs and tobacco smoke. Sweet with almost no bitterness, but very roasty character. Weird but pleasant.
Soft, velvety palate. Just a little more thickness would help this to be great. Good sweet finish and aftertaste. I feel the smoke for minutes after sipping this. A little more bitterness to offset the sweetness would make this beer world class. So Brazil has its highlights too....many thanks to my brother for this one.

Aroma was cocoa and coffee. Full bodied with a complex flavor ending sort of like sweet mocha. No hops tasted. Went down rather smooth. mustang3 (254), Whitby, Canada

The aroma is non-descript but reveals a hint of coffee. Flavour is fairly good with some roasted coffee and chocolate flavour. Great creamy guinness like mouthfeel. It’s greta when people know you have a beer collection cause they bring you things like this.
