Cardinal Eve Passion Fruit

Bottled 27.5cl. It pours a pale pink copper beer with a white head. Fizzy with a lively carbonation. The nose is dominated by passion fruit. Slightly waxy. Very sweet with a metallic touch. The taste is extremely sweet with a stale characteristic. Some lemon juice showing up accompanied by a lot of passion fruit. Some rice sneaking in. Sweet finish with a unpleasant note of rice.

pale and clear golden-yellow colour with no foam left; a big kick of tangerines and passion fruit in the nose; enough sweetness to make me seriously think about an earlier appointement with my dentist; fizzy and light-bodied; very sugary and fruity finish - too bad my children are asleep, they would love it
