Dark gold pour, minimal head. Aroma holds wheat, hay, straw, and honey- nothing too exciting. Flavor is mostly grain and wheat. Light palate; drinkable, but mediocre.

Clear straw pour with a small sudsy white head. Aroma is honey, heather, caramel malt, some toast, and grainy wheat malt. Flavor has some light sweetness- caramel and honey come through again with more prevailing wheat graininess. Palate is thin, though crisp. Carbonation is low while the finish is clean.

2009-10-09. Crisp yellow body with a good sized foamy white head. 3+ Interesting aroma, mild grains, wheat, mild yeast touch. Flavour is similar, grainy sweetish base, tart wheaty note in the finish, light hops and bitterness. Average palate. Okay but mild overall. Bottle from Wine Centre, Kilkenny

50cl bottle poured into a weizen glass. Sparkling copper with ample off-white head. Aroma is caramel and honey. Flavor is the same with notes of apple. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Slight bitter finish. Not a bad brew.
