[20090530] Cornfield (4892), Oak Forest, Illinois, USA Jun 27, 2009 Big-ass swing-top bottle from Pat’s Liquors in Porter, Indiana: This pours a deep, dark brown body with a lofty, sustained light brown head and provides a whole lotta lace. The aroma is roasted, almost burnt dark malts with some bittersweet chocolate. Medium bodied, the flavor remains roasty, added some coffee, with the chocolate sweetening up a bit. Dry finish.
