Orange amber color. Pours with obvious body, compact slight head. Slight skunk and caramel malt aroma. Full-bodied, sweet, lingering bitterness. This beer was nearly two years old at the time of this rating.

A little bit bitter and an alcholic flavor. Nice head and colour. Sorry that this beer properly will die.

Bottle. In Copenhagen. Walnut brown, with deep solid consistency. Strong malt aroma, with plenty of alcohol coming off it. Sweet caramel tasting, alcohol apparent.

I enjoyed this brew, even thought Vienna's tend to be a bit sweet for me. Well worth sampling if you have never had the style

One of their best brew, a little strong though. Beautifully amber, a little sweetness.

Fine golden color and aroma of hobs. Watery and a bet sweet. Not good enough taking the price and alcohol i account.

So crappy! Nutty aroma with herbal/grassy highlights and fresh mown hay. Crystal clear amber liquid with a sticky head, yet little retention. Nice full mouthfeel and carbonation is about all this beer has going for it. Nutty, caramel and toasted grains with a semi bitter finish. If I wante da Vienna, I would have just dove into some Snake River or hell, I bet Moretti could give this a run for its money. If you are thinking about joining the Michael Jackson beer club do not. They keep dishing us less complex beers that do not even match the proper season. No strong ales or barleywines and too few bottle conditioned beers. This beer isn’t bad at al, just not worth $35 for 12. Carlsberg can get a good start by dumping the damn green bottles. The foreign market really thinks they are fooling us into buying a ’novelty’ or ’import.’ I hate to say it, but it probably does fool most Americans.
