Reddish brown colour. Almost no head at all. Malty aroma, hints of caramel too. Sweet and a bit bitter taste. Long and a slightly bitter aftertaste. Can’t say that this is one of my favourite beers.

Low beige head on a dark b=red-brown body. Aroma pretty malty, taste with notes of caraamel and yeast. Pretty dry, but well-balanced.

33 cL glass bottle. Yeast and caramel in the aroma. Dark orange-brown, warm colour with beige head that did not last. Long bitter aftertaste (hops and alcohol) following an initial impression of malt and caramel. Very dry. Low carbonation in good balance with the flavours. Quite a good beer, though too hard to find in the local bars (Copenhagen, DK).

Bottle. Nice, clear orange/amber colour. Brief white head with orangy tones. Hops and malt in the aroma. A bit flowery. Powerful flavour; strong in alcohol, but with little or no actual alcohol flavour. Malty. A bit fruity. Bitter aftertaste.

This is actually a beer made for the Christmas season. Very beautiful light-brown colour. But I still prefer the unfiltered beers. The head, which disappears too quickly, looks like it has adopted some of the colour from the beer itself. I have enjoyed this beer with some chilli con carne for dinner, which it matches nicely.

Reddish colour with an off-white head. Sweet spicy aroma. Malty flavour with an OK bitterness.

Mørk gylden farve. Maltet aroma. Karamel, sødme og en anelse bitterhed og ristet malt dominerer smagen. Men den smager trods alt af noget, så mon ikke snart Carlsberg afliver den!
