Tasted 2007-03-12. Fresh bottle, 33cl. Colour reminded me a bit too much of early morning urin, but besides that I guess it looked fine. Nice head (didn’t stay long though). Aroma was good - wheat malt, fruity - as it should be. It lacked a bit in flavour. Didn’t really have that special freshness, one looks for in a wheat beer. As an inexpensive(!?!) wheat beer, it was OK, but it’s not my favourite, and I don’t think I’ll be having it very often.

Tap. Muddy pale yellow. Aroma is weak with banana and pineapple. Slightly watery. Flavour is slightly fruity, but quite sweet and wheaty.

Bottle from MiP. Orange blonde color. Light orange and grape sugar aroma. Fruity, but also vinous and even sherry-like witbier type. Medium bodied. Fairly low on carbon. Hint of cardboard in the aftertaste. Interesting beer.

Bottle. Murjy golden yellow with mostly diminishing white head. Slightly grainy in the aroma. Taste is slightly wheaty, but suffer on behalf of the high carbonation. Nothing much of a weizen!

33 cL bottle and from tap. Pours unclear yellow/orange with short lasting white head. Aroma of yeast and corn. Sweet taste with yeast and wheat, some slight metalic notes. Short finish with the same. Disappointing re-release of what initially was a great beer.

Big timeboredom with notes of unpleasantness. Really couædn’t give a damn but I’ll try to rate this as fairly as I an. Around par for the course lookswise although mine wasn’t really well poured. Aroma is almost nondescript though a bit of fruit pops through. Thin and watery for the style and with flavour that seems designed not to offend anyone - unfortunately it wont excite anyone either I for one am quite disappointed. Bits of banana (very slight), traditional wheat (german) and perhaps even a bit of coriander flavourwise. As mentioned: Not spectacuar at all and probably not meant to be.

Bottle, 5.8%. Bready and satisfying sweet hop aroma. Very cloudy orange colour. Big stable white head. Nice wheaty and yeasty flavour. Reminds me of white bread. Late, medium bitterness with a little alcohol bite. Full mouthfeel.

A few years ago this was only available on draught and it was a whole 7.8% alc. by vol! That is gone now and another version has arrived: Bottle. Hazy dark golden colour, with quickly disappearing light yellowish head, malty aroma with a good touch of wheat, the wheat flavour is there though not so much of it, a little bitterness in the aftertaste. Actually a bit of a waterish near neutral wheat beer. A Bavarian would not have liked this one!
