Nice pale orange-golden colour, with a thick white head. Faint aroma - hops, yeast. The taste is medium bitter and yeasty. The bitterness is dominating at first, but the yeast gradually comes through. Refreshing rauchbier (3003), Isle Of Beer, Lincolnshire, England

Fruity wheatiness initially in the nose but with a developing infected yeast note. The infection disappears in the mouth leaving some wheat and bananas. Short sweet finish with a gentle fruitiness.

Really, this is one of my least favorite weiss of all time. Makes my mouth dry and sore.
