Jul 20, 2004 Draft at Café Klostertorvet, Aalborg. Nice pale orange-golden colour, with a thick white head. Faint aroma - hops, yeast. The taste is medium bitter and yeasty. The bitterness is dominating at first, but the yeast gradually comes through. Refreshing

Jul 15, 2004 Bottle, DBF 2004. Hazy amber gold, good white head and gentle condition. Fruity wheatiness initially in the nose but with a developing infected yeast note. The infection disappears in the mouth leaving some wheat and bananas. Short sweet finish with a gentle fruitiness.
