Aug 28, 2006 2004 Vintage Hazy red-brown beer with a slightly irregular, small but rather stable yellowish head. Caramel, biscuit, oxydized, also a bit flowery, rosewater; generally quite sweet. Surprisingly dry-bitterish taste, near woody. Retronasal one gets more sweet malt-flavour, and then the beers dies completely, leaving a near totally empty palate. Rather thin body. Bof. Carl’s New Years’ Eve won’t be much fun if he sticks to this.
