Clear medium red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, roasted, molasses, caramel. Flavor is light to moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20090131]

Dec 25, 2008 Clear deep amber with medium beige head. Sweet malty aroma caramel notes. Sourish flavour with toasted malt and hints of caramel. I knew they infected beer.

Deep red, small tight head. Sweet malty aroma, a touch corny, but fairly big. Lively carbonation, but a bit watery too. Slightly metallic palate. Nasty and astringent components too, and metallic hops. Not pleasant. some vegetal nature as it warms, and a bit sickly and sour at the corners.
