Aroma is somewhat smoky and dry. Lots of roasted malt. Body is a deep black and he head is nearly three fingers thick, mocha colored and lasting. Lots of dark sweet malts. Big licorice notes, mild smoky flavors., stewed prunes and raisins. Head is amazingly resilient and has stayed tight and firm through most of the beer. Nothing macro or adjunct tasting about this. Very solid. Furseth (1333), Kungälv, Sweden

Smooth beautiful dark chocolate flavor with a touch of tingly hops. Delightful first sips. Creamy smooth palate. As it either warms or is paired with salty vegetable dish, a more fuelish flavor emerges and diminishes the beer a bit. MrWalker (927), Stockholm, Sweden

Slightly dusty aroma like a lager beer. Very sweet, almost artificial. Some roasted malts, maybe and a wee bit bitter in the end. Lacking in most for a "baltic porter". (Ended 22 of 123 in the competition, by the way :-)
