Near-black w/ creamy, brown head. Aroma is dominated by coffee and dark chocolate backed up by a crisp bitterness. Taste is more pronounced; firm, finely balanced, and w/ an impressive, assertive finish. Easy to drink, the alcohol being very well hidden.
A very solid, enjoyable imperial stout that's far better than most mainstream Carlsberg products. fiulijn (7330), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy
