Carlsberg has failed, trying to make this beer "something special" in occasion of the Royal Wedding. Boring, boring, boring

Bottled: Have to agree with the other raters. This is some light and shitty beer. I would be offended if anyone brewed something like this for my wedding. Yikes. Sparkling, very pale yellow coloured. Huge impressive head. The head is the best about this beer. Aroma is sweetish and reminds me of honey. Some vague notes of "tasmanian" hops. Aroma is sweet and cloying. No bitterness what so ever in the aftertaste. Probably shouldn’t be anything bitter in a weddingbeer, but I’m bitter I even bothered trying this beer.

This is not the kind of beer anybody will get any recommendations for brewing to my wedding - the crownprince couple to be must be very disappointed. This beer looks like it is from Gambia but it' snot - yellow and no head. The aroma is sour, malty, and hoppy. And the flavor is plain boring and the body is thin.

Thin golden color with a white head. The taste is .... Not available. Tasmanian Hops? Maybe they should stick to devils.

Ok, i hate the danish royal family, and hates that fucking wedding. So i had decided not to try that stupid "Wedding-beer" called Carlsberg Crown, but a friend of mine stopped by with a couple and i couldnt refuse it. First of all this beer looks like carbonated piss. Almost no aroma, maybe some stale hops... Taste is watery with some hints of spritzy hops, good thing... Shit beer, just like that wedding... :(

Pale, pale beer. Weak aroma. High carbonation hiding the alcohol (sparkling, champagne-like). Refreshing but boring flavour; definately a summer beer. The finish is nice and hoppy which I enjoyed. Actually, the beer exceeded my expectations (but that's not really saying much)...

Golden color. White head. Lots of carbonation. Floral aroma. Again in flavor the carbonation is very dominant, even though the beer holds 6.5%. Watery finish.

Wow, how is it possible to brew such a light beer with a 6,5% ABV? Body is very light yellow with a good foamy white head. Some hops and alcohol in the aroma and also a little hop in the flavor. And thats it! Carlsberg must be number 1 in brewing beers with no taste!! I'm dissapointed, but I can't imagine how Frederik and Mary must feel....?!?
