clean red color, whispy head, malty aroma, good hop flavor that warms to a tartness then a bitterness for an aftertaste

Bottle. Pours a nice red-brownish colou with an average lasting head. Nice aroma of hops and toasted malt with caramel, which is even more profound in the flavour along with a nice soft fruitiness. Good mouthfeel. The aftertaste is long lasting and just so pleasant. Brewed in Canada on licence by permission from Carlsberg. Great amber beer. Why is this tasty beer not brewed in Denmark?

Nothing special here . It does feel more than 5.6 % , light on other things , a bit harsh .

Hazy amber red color with a small but good head. Funky slightly malty aroma with a hint of cardboard. Flavour is slightly sweet with a touch of nutty hops and an odd lingering aftertaste. Decent palate for a macro. Was actually halfway enjoyable even if I didn’t really pull out anything much to write about.

Carlsberg with red food colouring? Rather interesting trick; like green beer on St.Patty’s Day. Boring

Malty aroma, red, slight head. Lightly roasted malts, good bitterness follows. Nice mouth feel, pleasant carbonation. Decent Pint.

A drinkable beer, a little light in the malts and hops, 5.6 abv is adequate, great dark brownish red color with a clean finish.

On tap, James St. Feed Co., Ottawa. No mistaking this for anything other than Calrsberg, it just has that taste, although I must say the red bodied appearance looks fantastic. A slightly more malty taste, as you would expect in the colour, but it is still rather thin and not all that exciting.
