Clear gold with white head. Nose of citrus hops. Lively mouthfeel. Flavor of malts with some grassy hops. Alcohol in the finish. sirPino (866), Zawiercie / Żywiec, Poland

Bottle brown, 330 ml
Appearance: Pours yellowish, golden, perfectly clear and shiny, body carbonation is visually lively, head is almost white, but in fact creamy white, frothy with a very slight lacing, initially head is medium and slowly decreasing to a small froth.
Aroma: Interesting, initially alcohol is well hidden, some very sweet, juicy and grainy, pronounced malted barley accent, very mild, milky and all in all hidden under a thin head, very, very weak, a bit medicinal.
Flavour: Front is strongly accidic and salty, than what comes is citrusy bitter hoppyness, mineral palate and nose, alcohol is noticable, but due to high effervescence and hoppy - citrusy bitterness, the beer is very lively and definitely not dull. The flavour is intense and also grainy with this characteristic grainyness it reminds me much of a Carlsberg Pale Lager with its all malt accidity and clean - thin grainy accent. This is much more exposed and pronounced.
Palate: Body is light to medium, texture is a bit dry, tangy, carbonation on palate is lively, accidic, salty, tangy, moderate alcoholic. bhensonb (4358), Woodland, California, USA

Aroma is grain and grass. Medium is about medium and the carbonation is fairly vigorous. Flavor is a bit sweet, and there is almost enough grassy hop to balance. Sort of a decent malt liquor, if such a thing can be. mwsmith (12), , Alabama, USA

| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jul 11, 2008 Smells like a skunk shat in it. Looks like a skunk peed in it. Flavor is surprisingly mellow and not as skunky as expected. At least it’s 7.2 ABV. That’s always worth something, even when Honkeybra cloved the hell out of one of his homebrews. nuplastikk (1214), Madison, Wisconsin, USA

Green aroma of hops and alcohol. Very Saazy Eastern-European flavor going on. The heavy malt body is well complimented by the hops. Not an IBU bomber by any means, but pretty decent for what it is. Worth trying.
