This could be a crap lager, but definitely has mat liquor sweetness to it, which I do not enjoy. Balanced by respectable bitter hops, something like Heineken. Overall, not enjoyable. Picked up a 6 of this from the Safeway in McLean, VA. ChristianScheffel (4662), Odense, Denmark
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Feb 2, 2007 Dark yellow, disappearing white head. Grain, grass and weak alcohol aroma. Sweet, somewhat malty flavour with nothing to balance it. eyesandsmiles (179), Mission Viejo, California, USA

| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jan 17, 2007 This beer has a lot in common with the usual pale lager. There’s almost always a bit of skunky metallic-ness, and this has that in the aroma, along with some sugar, grain and corn. Tastes pretty similar, but surprisingly not light, and it has a strong hoppy finish. Bitter, but not piney or citrusy. This beer washed down my roast beef sandwich pretty perfectly, and I think that’s the best context for this. strangaj (229), West Chester, Ohio, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Jan 12, 2007 Pours with a cloudy orange tint. Aroma does not have a cirtus hint however, but instead is quite malty. The taste has a full body, much like other carlsberg varieties and finishes with a lingering taste of yeast. Not bad for a malt liquor I suppose though I don’t enjoy the aftertaste. LyndaNova (497), Manchester, New Hampshire, USA
