| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jul 21, 2005 Golden with a small head. Aromas are peppery and metallic with resinous hops. Flavours are biscuit malts with oily hops, quite bitter/sweet. Bitter on the finish. My score may be generous as this was the first brews to get me interested in beer. | 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Jul 20, 2005 This was not very good. The aroma was skunky with some hay and grass. The alcohol makes itself known and it has a sweet corny flavor. Way too much alcohol in the finish. I’ll pass on this from now on. csbosox (1085), Prairie Village, Kansas, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Jul 15, 2005 This is what rate beer makes me drink. In order to get another style inthe books, I go out and include this in my mix a six and I am now rating a malt liquor, I am sure the first of many to come. 330ml bottle. Served in a pint glass, no reason to dirty a good glass for this. Yellowish gold, pretty active carbonation. The aroma is noble hops and not much more, except a very faint smell reminesiant of urinal blocks? The flavor is light at first, somewhat sweet, but not malty, maybe corn? or light grains? with some hops flavor and slight bitterness, finishing light with a lingering "off" taste. The alcohol is not really very noticeable to me. It is pretty light in flavor, but I guess that is the point when you are 17, living in Denmark, and want to get messed up. It is certainly better than our American malt liquors, I mean there is some actual beer flavor here, just not much. SDalkoholic (1198), Chula Vista, California, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jul 13, 2005 12 oz bottle: After seeing this stuff many times i finally picked up a bottle. The label stating it was a malt liquor always turned me off, but now i have got around to it. The aroma is a little malty with a corn and wet cardboard smell. A brass/gold color with a very foamy layer of head. In the flavor a strong and warm touch of malt and alcohol are detected as well as corn cereal. Actually this stuff isnt half bad for being a malt liquor, just i know i won’t ever be buying this again. Seriously, do any good beers come out of Denmark?

| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Jun 20, 2005 Yellow gold with moderate head. More hops and grass on the nose than Carlsberg lager, but much thinner on the palate without much flavour. Refreshing and enjoyable, and better than most mass-marketed North American lagers, but still pretty average.
