Draft. A hazy orange beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty and very grainy, but also with light notes of straw. The flavor is rather sweet with strong notes of straw and grain, leading to a dry and very bitter end. The body is a bit on the thin side, but all in all a very refreshing beer. This is a fusion of a Kvass and an ale (probably a bitter) - I think the fusion works quite well.

Draught. Clear golden coloured with a white head. Aroma of malts, fruits and grain. Flavour of fruits, honey, herbs and hops.

Københavnske Øldage 07. Draught. I was told that this bees is a mix between a Kvass and an ale. It’s golden, malty with light fruity notes. The flavour is mostly malty, slightly sweet with light notes of flower and fruit. It’s pretty thin and boring. 2157

Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Pale yellow colour with a small white head. Fizzy carbonation.

Draught. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma is citric and so is the taste, quit boring. Light body with a light sweet finish.

Draught at Copenhagen beerfestival. Frothy white fair mostly deminishing head. Moderate nice hoppy aroma. Lots of citrus-notes. Not as good flavor. Too sweet. Average finish. Notes of passionfruit. Watery palate.

Draught @ Copenhagen Øl Festival. Small white fizzy head that mostly diminished. Spar lacing. Clear sparkling body with a golden color. Fruit, caramel, herbs with a bit of star anis and some spice. Light bodied with a lively carbonation. Sweet flavor. Sweet and light herbal finish.

CBF07 sample from tap. Pours clear orange. Aroma of hops, malt and honey. Flavour of soft malt and some honey it seems. Finish is creamy mouthfeel and a rather soft malt flavour without being overly sweet.
