I don’t really like to go out to the bar and order $15 Rocheforts on a regular basis, so as an old standby, Carlsberg provides a refreshing change of pace from the typical Heineken crowd, and has a nice mouth feel to go along with decent flavor when served chilled. Way better on tap! jseremet (5), USA does not count | 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jan 4, 2008 Meh. It won’t cure illnesses, but not as bad as the rating shows. A decent beer inside (or outside) the ballbark on a hot, summer day. Otherwise, forget it. joshwilfong (797), Cleveland, Ohio, USA

| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Jan 1, 2008 12 oz. bottle poured into my trusty stein- poured transparent light golden yellow, moderate carbonation, white bubbly head formed and disappeared. Aroma of malt with a light hop note. Hits the mouth with a thin watery body, an odd hop taste on the end of it, sort of like it was added in after brewing. Odd to even me considering the style.
