Jun 17, 2007 Single bottle from World Market. Hmmm, expectations are low, due in part to the green bottle. (Green bottle = crap beer). Pours a light gold color with a slight white head. Aroma is light, taste is, well, average. A typical boring euro macro beer.

Jun 17, 2007 Bottle. Some maltiness and grain flavour, but fairly clean tasting premium lager. Drinkable if not exactly memorable. Doesn’t taste like cardboard.

Jun 14, 2007 i have enjoyed this beer. probably a repetetive effect. good carbonation and an interesting old time (dad’s) beer taste. mildly fruity and even mildy burnt toffee sweet. refreshing with a loose as a goose finish. mildly bready.

[1545B-20080722] Tap. Aroma of straw-covered beer-drenched floor and wet grains. Clear, yellow brown body with a medium-lasting foamy white head. Tinny grains and watery straw flavour. Medium body. Great for watching the game, but it didn’t bring Toronto any luck in this match. (4/2/5/2/11) 2.4

Jun 13, 2007 Updated: Jul 10, 2007I had it on a plane ride. It was this or Coors light so I choose this having never tried it before. It wasn’t bad, but nothing special at all. Wouldn’t buy it, but I’d drink it for free again. :)

Jun 8, 2007 Canned 50cl. A yellow beer. Sweet flowery and malty aroma. Corny. The nose is alright. Graniy, flavors of corn, watery, soapy. There are some medicinal notes. A hint of peaches, very slightly smoky. Extremly faint buttery, grassy bitterness. Poor dry finish.

Jun 6, 2007 Rated 4/20/07: Single bottle from the shop down the road, always been curious about this and the Elephant (next up in the lineup) but never wanted to spend the cash on an entire sixer. Deep yellow pour, creamy white head that collapses, and decent lacing. Poured into a glass at an arms length away and I could immediately smell the aroma....unfortunately is was a strong scent of euro-skunk. The beer has a fuller mouthfeel than I expected but it’s tacky. Flavor is decent rather uneventful, light malts with some grainy adjunct flavors and stale grass. Drinkable but soon forgotten.
