Commercial Description:
Bottle and keg; Filtered.
Carlsberg Light replaced Carlsberg Let in January 2003.
Carlsberg Light is a light golden beer. The aroma is fresh and malty. The beer has a discreet sourness, a low alcohol content and a fine slim body. Carlsberg Light has lots of Pilsener flavour, but less alcohol. That makes Carlsberg Light the ideal lunch beer.

Pours a bright gold color. Aroma is kind of skunky. Flavor of dry malts and sour hops.

Pale yellow colour with almost no head. No aroma and bad taste. Watery body and metallic aftertaste. If you dont want the alcohol, drink something else

When I think about this beer is almost free of alcohol I was a little positive surprised. But then it also stopped there. To lazy a beer for my taste.

Bottle. Pours yellow/golden with a white head. Sweetish cereal aroma. Flavour is sweetish with cereals as well. Some sourish notes as well as metallic ones. 10-11-05.

Brewed in Copenhagen, Denmark – 2.7% alc./vol. Appearance is a boring light-medium gold. Features an extremely inviting, extremely forward lager aroma of fragrant hops, pleasant skunk and rubber. Unfortunately the flavour totally drops the ball on this one – it’s thin and watery, with an artificial-tasting sweetness and barely a hint of the anticipated bitterness. Leaves a bitter taste on the memory, not on the palate.

(Bottle 33 cl) Neatly fully golden with a fairly decent head. Starts with some malty flavours, but completely lacks body and aftertaste - as would be expected. 161203

(Bottle 33 cl) Pilsener golden with a decent head. Surprisingly fine hoppy aroma and flavour. Naturally not much body. Nice alternative to a pilsener. 051003
