A golden beer with a fine light head - it disappears but not at once. The aroma is very nice of a nice malt. The flavor is nice: slightly sweet of a good malt blend and with a very nice bitterness. A really clean tasting, very refreshing beer. It is not as bitter as an Urquell - but a very nice beer in its own respect. Definatly an above average pilsener.

(Bottle 33 cl) Beautiful, fully golden colour and a rather pretty head. Some flowery notes in the aroma from the Saazer. But on the bottom-line this really is just another pilsener, and the Bohemian touch isn’t really that prominent. 120303

Bottled. Golden coloured. Grassy, lightly oily aroma. Bold mouthfeel, and certainly not dry enough. Harsh finish with not enough bitterness.

Golden color. Strong grass aroma. Interesting malty body, with a rather good hopping and a honey touch. Long final, bitter but still with an impression of honey.
A surprise, from Carlsberg.

Bottle. Golden colour with a big head. Aroma of toasted malts, some fruitiness and bitter hops. Flavour has bitter hops, bit sweet toasted malt, little bit metallic. Thin aftertaste.

I had hoped that Carlsberg had done better with this beer. Where is the Saazer hops?
