| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Oct 5, 2007 Bottle @ Jacobsen Brewhouse. This was a vintage 2003. Small fizzy light beige head that mostly diminished. Muddy brown color. Fair display of lacework. Aroma of yeast with a moderated notes of fruit, some underlying caramel and some dried fruity notes like prune, date and fig. Very smooth feel, maybe coursed by the vintage? Medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderated sweet flavor. Sweet and fruity finish.
