Bottle. Very small off-white head. Brown color. A bit unclear. Caramel, malty aroma. A lot like a belgian abbey ale.

Flaske. Egentlig udemærket øl. Ok farve og skum, men der mangler et eller andet. Smagen af rørsukker er der, men ingen udpræget smag af gær. Som om den næsten er der.

Bottle. Pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Malty yeasty aroma with some hints of caramel. Sweet malty fruity yeasty caramel flavor. Sweetish malty finish with some bitterness in the aftertaste.

Offwhite head on an orange body. Strong but fruity, with caramel. Flavour bitter, yet smooth. Quite drinkable, but I frefer it in the Winter.

Bottle: Clear, reddish-amber coloured, smaller firm off-white head; caramel, nut-meg and vanilla in the nose; sweetish-bitter flavour, medium-bodied; distinctive nut-meg aromas, again, in the drier fruity finish. O.K., drinkable, no glory.........

Nice color and head, I am lead to think of an Belgian abbey by the aroma. The almost vinous flavour has notes of lilac, nuts and black currant and the finish is slightly bitter. If I had the possibility to choose I would reach for a authentic Belgian abbey ale in a heartbeat...
