Øl fået hos naboen og hjemme Sød, rund maltet i smagen. Minder om de belgiske, men er ikke nær så tung. Farve rødbrun uklar

Bottle 0.7 L: Pours nutty brown with a small creamy, off-white head with nice lacing. Aroma of yeast, caramel and notes of dried fruit. Medium bodied. The flavour is rather caramel sweet with malt and notes of fruit and a sweet-sour finish.

On tap at Carlsens kvarter (Odense): Dark browny red with thick white head. Notes of fruits in smell and taste, especially banana(I first thought of hubba bubba) Sweetness from banana and perhaps cocolate. Carbonation is medium. The finish is good! OK abbey ale!

Very Beligan taste, a good pastiche. Dark brown, full of flavour. Sour finish, but not over the top. Great job, but I don’t know why I should buy this instead of a Belgian original!
