Comments: Nice shiny clear dark amber colour, but thin honey meets chocolate palate. Loose texture from exaggerated filtration and limey hops feel out of place.

Flaske. Udemærket øl. Teknisk rigtig god og meget drikbar, men også en anelse kedelig. Flot mørkrød farve og en gennemtrængende smag af malt, men ellers ikke så meget andet.

70 cL bottle, 2003 vintage at Jacobsen from the Carlsberg cellar. Pours visible to slight hazy deep orange with a light brown to yellow dense head. Aroma is smooth dried fruity. Flavour has a mild earthy and woody tone. Flavour is really smooth, also the mouthfeel. Ends with a mild nutty note to a warming finish. Smooth brew - again an example of a how the Semper Ardens brews win on ageing.

Clear orange, amber colour with a dense off white head. Sweet malty aroma with notes of caramel and grain, with a light hoppy note. Caramel sweet flavor with a light hoppy bitter note. Light dry and fruity finish.

Bottle. Light amber colour, with impressive white head. Aroma of caramel and nice hops. Pretty long finish - primarily bitter. Ok beer!

Redbrown with a small head, fully diminishing, no lacings. Malt, caramel aroma. Flavor moderate sweet and bitter. Medium body, oily, soft carbonated. Average bock.

Bottle. Clear medium amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate spices, juniper berry sweet, bog myrtle. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter / acidic notes with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (111007)
