Aug 10, 2006 For this price you can’t complain. Far superior in comparison to VB and Toohey’s New. Goes down quite smooth, but it has a sweet bite.

Aug 4, 2001 Great summer beer, clean taste that can be enjoyed with a wedge of lemon in bottleneck. Head retention is poor but does not detract from this easy drinking light bitter.

Jun 13, 2004 I’m obviously going to be in a minority here, but I actually liked this one. (*shock* *horror*) Not as much as certain other beers, though, and what I liked most about it was that it was very drinkable (quaffable, I think someone else said). Noted of course that it’s a clear bottle, so drinking it locally will be very different to drinking it overseas where the skunk factor will have probably well and truly kicked in by the time it’s reached the consumer.

Mar 1, 2007 Yellow golden color with whie head. Aroma of hops, malts and a bit honey. Clear, clean and crisp. Moderate bitter finish. Easy to drink from the bottle. Screw cap.
