No real outstanding characteristics. It’s a real shame that most average beer drinkers in Australia see this as a high end beer, and one to be drunk on special occassions. It’s piss, and the price is offensive. madquacker (718), Canberra ACT, Australia

Maybe from the relatively high alcohol percent. A decent lager when it’s inside larsniclas (3385), Gothenburg, Sweden

Pale golden with a white, short head.
A bit malty, pungent aroma.
Too much carbonation hiding some sweetish leader-flavour. rlgk (3377), Vårgårda, Sweden

Golden. A little sweetish malt aroma. Flavour is decent malty. Carbonation takes over. A beer... Nemo (100), Fremantle, Australia
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 29, 2004 Light Gold in colouring with a thick frosty smallish sized head which lasts a long time. Malty, and somewhat of a fruity aroma. A hint of malty, fruitnessy at the start. This beer must be drunk cold and quickly. I find that it flattens out and becomes very bland if you don’t swill it. gdj (10), Australia
