Light Gold in colouring with a thick frosty smallish sized head which lasts a long time. Malty, and somewhat of a fruity aroma. A hint of malty, fruitnessy at the start. This beer must be drunk cold and quickly. I find that it flattens out and becomes very bland if you don’t swill it.

Australias finest beer? I dont think so. I question how they can even call this a premium beer. Very average

Could not dedect any aroma clear light yellow colour with no head. Bitter short flavour with flat palate.

Bottled. It’s been a while since I sampled this, and I have to say that it was nothing more than another bog standard lager! Not as bad as Fosters though.

Really good beer, not that I’m Australian, but actually tastes pretty good, a bit bitter though.

Pale colour. Fizzy carbonation. My first impression was actually of a slightly fruity refreshing flavour (albeit somehat bland). As the beer got warmer, however, it became increasingly "unpleasant" with an annoying buttery touch. Meant to be drunk cold on a warm day.

Well presented Carlton beer, low on flavour, quite watery. Moderate to strong bitter taste.

Pale blond color. Useless aroma. Very simple taste, with a similar bread (and bad) note as the Carlton Cold. Strong bitterness.
