Lager!!!!!! NOT, this is just VB in a fancy bottle. Corn Syrup, bad aftertaste, CUB beer are going down hill at a very rapid rate. They truely need a new master brewer.

I thought this beer was Ok at first but then I tried it again and realised that it is the biggest marketing s.it I've ever seen from Carlton. Late hopped with Willamete. OK I can smell some aroma, but there is no hop flavour and in fact no malt flavour. Just another Carlton beer with it's obvious metallic taste. Why is Carlton trying to tap into the premium beer market. You pay premium for this for nothing. Do yourself a favour and spend the money on James Squire and forget about this pretend beer.

How can they make such a sweet bland beer is beyond me, no real flavour. Designed for teenagers setting out on their first beer. Nothing good here.

hmmm... now that we've moved into the era of 75 character comments i have to fill this up a bit but i was going to write "pure swill". absolutely no reason to give this anything other than a 1 in each category.

Pretty lousy. And it looks like it's going to be lousy too. There is no beermakers passion in this at all - instead it typifies everything that can be bad about a macro. Give it a miss.

My son reckons this beer is supposed to appear to females. Looks wise, with a medium amber gold colour with small vanishing head - maybe. Aroma wise its a lightly skunked, metallic faint stale hops. From there it's rapidly down hill. Thin soda watery body. Short weak bitter and sugary malt start. Stale corn like sweet and chemical adjunct thereafter. Truly one of Oz's worst beers.

this is the first beer i have given all ones to. this is the most clear and fizzy beer i have ever seen. it tasted like water. this is crap, crap, crap. pathetic! the most watery beer i have ever had. this is just one of CUB's other beers watered down. i have rated N/A beer higher than this. at least N/A beer has flavour. when i bought it the bloke at the liquor store commented on whether i was trying it for the first time. i would feel pretty stupid if i was goingh to buy it twice. definitely aimed at teenagers who want to drink lots with out feeling full. well i guess it fullfills it's purpose. bland, watery, tasteless soft drink.
