Yeasty, steamy aroma with onions and sesame seeds. Kinda watery, very much devoid of sweetness which is at least interesting. Dry and savoury, perhaps some salt and slight carbonic bite. Not terrible.
This is the tenth rating - will this put it in the bottom 50? Nemo (100), Fremantle, Australia

A hint of a bitter hop aroma. Bitter, wheaty, chemical-urine flavour with an acidic type of tasting finish. liams (8), Australia does not count | 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Mar 30, 2004 not a bad drop for a light beer. hard to find around here, but never the less it certainly serves the purpose of light beer. CUB must have been directed to change the alcohol to match the Light label, hence it is now only around the 2.5% mark. Before the change, this was a perfectly acceptable malty mistrength beer, that was actually quite nice from the tap. Now it is a lifeless offensive excuse for a beer, but then again what;s new CUB?
