Not a bad beer. This is much better than the typical light beer. It’s marketed as being low in carbs, but it’s not low in taste. A bit thin and watery, but a good accompaniment to a meal on a hot Australian day.

If you want to drink a low carbohydrate beer than this one is ok. Its certainly a whole lot better than any of the american "lite" beers but its still pretty bland. Still it could’ve been a lot worse and the light colour and flavour sure make it easy to drink a lot of.

A drinkers beer... not a tasters beer. This sells itself on two things... 1. Its low in Carbs (although... to people trying to lose weight... its not the carbs that are the issue... its the sugar and alcohol that are going to make you gazin weight) 2. It doesnt taste like beer. So even non beer lovers can drink it and pretend. This is a pretty average beer, it is light on flavour yet still good on alocohol content. It is a party beer, cheap and popular because if you want to get drunk this beer is not going to prevent that.. Its not a totally bad beer, it is refreshing and clean. But not one i would reccomend to those trying good Aussie beer.

This is one of my favourite session beers if I plan on getting a bit wasted. Purely because it is easy to drink, relatively inoffensive and cheap. It pours pale, with no head. Very little aroma and a dry, malty flavour. Hardly impressive, but if you want a beer you can drink 24 of, this is it

Drunk from a 500ml. "handle". Yellowish with a thin head. Felt and tasted a bit bready in the mouth and possesses a bit of the noticeable bitterness to which I’m partial. More drinkable to me than to other raters but still only just worth the price (and it was on special). I suppose I could get used to it if I were in Australia dieing of the heat. Needs more alcohol as well.

Another new one from CUB, when will they get one right? Big fat beading didn’t help make the appearance look great, a little bit of lacing helped and the colour was bright straw. Nose was a bit rubbery and also hoppy. Taste was a bit crisp but basically flavourless. Still it will appeal to some people.

Poured a fast dissapating head. Cardboard nose and corny flavour with some spiciness notes. Still is bland and cardboard predominates. Who is this marketed at?

(Bottle 33 cl) Clear, golden with a small, white head. Discreet aroma of malt and brewing cereal. Medium-bodied with a light maltiness and a dry, sulphurous finish. At least for a Low Carb it is pretty drinkable. 280108
