Comes to the table a light cloudy golden color with a very thick, white head. Aroma is moderately strong of coriander with a very light orange, some wheat at the end but mostly coriander. Flavor is very strong of coriander, so much so that it tastes slightly spicy hot, this fades to a wheat smoothness and sweetness, no orange comes through in the flavor. Beer leaves great lacing on the glass. Overall the beer is good but it leans toward the over spiced end of the wit spectrum and I wish the orange citrus flavor had shown through more.
