Bottle, pours a hazy dark amber. Aroma is sweet like banana and yeast. flavor is sweet and tangy. finish is dry and bitter. A decent weizen bock with a fruity yeast finish. I recieved 5 of these from a six pack because a friend did not like it. I like free beer, i don’t know about you

(12oz bottle, thanks wilkie) Medium beige head atop cloudy dark amber body. Aroma is medium sweet, caramel, some cotton candy, light alcohol. Taste is medium sweet, wheat, banana, some cotton candy. Smooth medium body, light creaminess.

Bottle, shared by wilkie. Thanks Chris! Pours a blood orange red sitting atop a golden base with a nice tan head and adequate lace. Nose is light caramel malt, banana, honey, and citrus hops. Flavor is smooth with more citrus hops blended nicely with honey malts and some spices. An easy sipper here, but not all to complex.

Bottle, purchased at brewery. Brown appearance, small, tan head. Aroma is a lot of banana and clove. Flavor is yeasty, with the banana a little less pronounced. A little watery in finish, but somewhat tasty.

bottle, from brewery. bottled 07/02/08. Good aroma. I get an initial meaty, mealy scent that gives way to a clove, banana, caramel aroma. Cloudy brownish orange color, little to no head, no lace. Sweet spiced flavor, like aroma. Starts with the malty sweetness, then banana, then clove. Medium body, smooth creamy mouthfeel, spice on the finish. Nice brew, the aroma had an initial scent that reminded me of their maibock. Flavor was nice as it rolled on the tongue. I also had it on tap at the debut party at the 42cd street oyster house. Think I’m getting a little more from the bottle than tap.
