May 10, 2004 Light and crisp flavor. Nothing too impressive, but it is a blond ale, so I didn’t really expect much. This is a good blond.

Apr 27, 2003 Not bad. Mine came in a glass bottle. Basic stereotypical blonde ale in appearance, flavor bready/yeasty almost like a lighter hefeweizen. Goes well with seafood.

Jun 28, 2004 Nice stuff. Like a wheat beer, only bolder. Malt is more prevalent than the hops, except for the crisp aftertaste. Finishes well also.

Apr 29, 2008 straight from bottle. pretty much a standard pilsner. light, refreshing, easy to drink. nothing special either, but good to use on your friends as a gateway away from Bud or any other megabrews.

Aug 15, 2002 I have to admit I was really impressed by this beer. Although this beer is rated as an Ale it isn’t as acidic as a beer such as Newcastle, and is more like a stronger lager with some substance. Nice bready flavor, good carbonation, good texture, and overall very refreshing. The only thing that keeps this beer from jumping up any higher is the glaring sweetness...

Jan 10, 2003 Updated: Jan 16, 2003Doughy tasting, a little sweet, mildly hopped with very good (starchy?) mouthfeel. Specimen colored, lousy label and *eeek* a brown plastic longneck bottle. A bakery-smell aroma. Affordable and a very good party/picnic fare.
