lithy (385), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA Sep 5, 2008 Barely cloudy yellow color with a quickly dissipating white head. Sort of corny aroma. Taste is crisp and lagery with a slight bitterness. Not much going on.
brewski519 (31), Morrisville, North Carolina, USA Nov 20, 2008 Pours a very light golden color with very little head - aroma of slight fruit and grass - very bland taste and nothing lingers what-so-ever. Lots of good beers being made in NC these days - this isn’t one of them. slf245 (36), USA Oct 27, 2008 Good and tasty, light and airy. Pretty good for a hot Carolina day. Slight sweetness, light beer taste. sirpsycho (205), Murrysville, Pennsylvania, USA Oct 9, 2008 Draft at The Old Oyster Factory (Hilton Head). Pours a pale yellow, almost non-existent head. Aroma is very vague malt, not much else. Flavor is a light malt, touch of hops, barely there. Very commercial tasting. travita (800), Lewisville, Texas, USA Sep 26, 2008 Yellow straw color with big foamy white head. Decent carbonation. Aroma is grainy, bready, and lemon. Taste is light, grainy, some hops, and lemon. rampmaster (185), Alden, New York, USA Sep 10, 2008 Presentation: It was poured from a brown 12oz bottle into a pint glass.
Appearance: It has a pale straw yellow color with good clarity and visible carbonation. The head is thin, bright white and foamy. It quickly fades leaving little to no lace behind.
Smell: The aroma is mild and has hints of light malty grains and husky notes.
Taste/Mouth feel: The flavor is simple crisp and clean. Light malty grains give it a slightly sweet character with a touch of citrus and leafy/herbal hops. Its light body, fairly thin texture and crisp finish make it easy to drink.
Notes: Overall it’s an easy drinking beer with a good clean favor but it’s not a stand out.
