| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Oct 1, 2006 An okay attempt at a Kölsch, the German lawnmower beer. It’s got a very pale gold body with a small head that manages to do some fine lacing. The aroma is a light, sweet malt with a mild grassy bitterness. Spritzy in the mouth, it tastes of sweet grainy malts, finishing on an herbal bitter note.

| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Jul 4, 2005 Had this on tap at the brew pub in Chapel Hill. True to it’s name it is clear and golden. Not much nose. Head dissipates quickly. Refreshing, but bites you back. The palate, in particular, is a bit astringent. Crisp finish. dkachur (2431), Charlottesville, Virginia, USA
