Commercial Description:
Brewed in the style of a German Maibock, expect a smooth, fresh, malty taste and a slight alcohol warming sensation from this pale lager beer.

Draft at Mcgregors in Cary. Copper pour with aroma of fruit, malt, hopcit, slight acetic acid. Tastes rich, complex, fruity and bocky. Great complexity, yet a tad thin at the finish. Still, this one is fabulous.

Libeerian hit it on the head; notes of caramel, toffee, and general sweetness in a malty, malty body. Not much to it, though -- I think he/she is a little kind to this bock calling it a favorite seasonal.

Dark Golden beer with a slight head and a caramel malt flavor. Medium body and a very sweet aroma. Solid beer

On tap. The beer has loads of caramel malts that trickle down the tounge. I got to hand it to this brewery. I was dissapointed in their pale ale, but the rest of their beers seem solid.

(draft) Clear amber with off-white head. Aroma is mild sweet, some grassy. Taste is sweet, carame, grassy, finishing with alcohol that is slightly astringent. Medium full body. Is this beer actually under 6% ABV?

Solid golden color. Caramel/toffee notes in both aroma and flavor. Dry malt finish. One of my favorite seasonals.

Not as good as I remember. Thin head, a little watery flavor. Last year's had a good malty flavor, but this year's is a little weak. Also, I don't taste the strength in alcohol that last years brew.

This beer rocks. It is seasonal, so catch it while you can.
