Commercial Description:
Brewed in the style of a German Maibock, expect a smooth, fresh, malty taste and a slight alcohol warming sensation from this pale lager beer.

This fabulous extra was provided bottle form by kp. Thanks Keith! Pours a reddish brown with a medium head and little retention. Grainy, malty aroma... rice and creamed corn. Pretty much the same taste as the aroma. Strong grain taste, almost comically so. Alcohol is barely noticeable. Drinkable.

On Tap in Raleigh-NC. Clear copper pour not much head. Sweet malt aroma mixed with hops and grains. A little thin but refreshing and drinkable.

Copper pour with spotty off white lacing. Honey and fruit on the nose. Malty with a balanced hop flavor. Clean and refreshing, however it is very thin bodied.

12oz bottle. Light copper color. Aroma of butter sauce. Flavor is crisp clean malt. Sweet malt character followed by a balanced hop bitterness. Not the best lager. (bottled on 01.23.08)
