Aug 8, 2007 About as good as (or is that as bad as) most Mexican beers. Weak aroma and faint grainy flavor. It did go down easy, but so does water.

Aug 3, 2007 Ok, its not really that great, but is it really as bad as bud? No, typical Mexican lager nose and color. Rather sweet with a thin body and clean finish.

Jul 27, 2007 from a 32 oz bottle. i really have no problem withthis typical mexican lager. consider the source and where it is meant to be quaffed. it is a more than passable hot weather lager. beats the south and central american entries. I can taste barley malt over corn and hop flavor is noticeable. it is also a bargain. maybe not world class, but it puts a whoopin’ on corona. i would definately drink this in mexico. it doesn’t try to predend to be anything other than what it is.

Jul 10, 2007 Garden-variety Mexican pale lager. I’m glad this represents the "classic" Mexican lager traditon, or so says the commercial description. This has a bad metallic taste.

Jul 3, 2007 12 oz. bottle from Plaza Liquor - Pours a clear golden color with a one finger thick white head. Light spotty lacing. Lively carbonation with tiny bubbles. Aroma is light grain and soap. Flavor is light sweet grain and bread. Fairly smooth palate. Light to medium body. Not the best beer, but I’ve had worse. Wortha try.
