Mar 11, 2007 Pours a nice golden yellow. Thin head but with good carbonation. Aroma of corn, seawater (not a great sign). A nice hoppy taste but goes away and you are left with a pretty grassy, sweet lager. Not bad, but I was hoping for something more.

Feb 20, 2007 Carta Blanca pours a clear golden color with thin white head. It’s mexican beer so its pretty much overpriced mexican piss.

Feb 18, 2007 clear pale gold. small quickly dimishing head. sweet grainy aroma. slate hops, grain, corn and a touch of honey round out the flavor. very light and pretty much tasteless. dry finish.
